Mood Indigo better known as "Mood I" the annual college fest of IIT Bombay is the Largest happening college fest of its kind in the whole of Asia.Students from all parts of the country and from all the variety of colleges come to IIT Bombay during Mood Indigo to take part in various Competitions held here.The overall budget for MI '07 was roughly Rs1.1 crore.
During MI freebies worth thousands of rupees and Free T-Shirts are continuously distributed somewhere or the other throughout the IIT campus which is as large as say 550 acres.Everytime there are competitions going on where you could win prizes worth thousands or laptops,X-boxes,passes for concerts(say Shahrukh Khan concert last year),gift vowchers,and many more.This year Mood Indigo is from 20th to 23rd of December

Every year about 60,000 students from all parts of the country come to be a part of the largest college fest "Mood Indigo".For 4 continuous days one would feel like not to waste time in sleeping and enjoy those moments which come only once in a year.Even the audience does not need to sit idle coz there are a lot of chocolates T-shirts, and other freebies constantly being thrown in the audience to keep the crowd enthusiastic.
